Wat is Passage-massage ?
Passage – massage is een zeer intensieve massagetechniek die soms wat overeenkomsten heeft met o.a bindweefselmassage en lymfedrainage. De massagetechniek is echter geheel nieuw en uniek en is een noodzakelijke aanvulling in het Total Beauty concept. Het vult de andere methodes van Total Beauty perfect aan.
Het is een vorm van massage, waarbij een mechanische prikkel aan het onderhuids bindweefsel wordt gegeven. Deze prikkel heeft invloed op de wisselwerking tussen inwendige organen, de huid, spieren, botten e.d. Passage-massage is een intensieve massagetechniek, gericht op het herstelvermogen van de huid. Deze massage wordt niet toegepast op de spieren maar op de bindweefsellaag van het lichaam die zich tussen de opperhuid en de spieren bevindt. De doorbloeding in het bindweefsel wordt geactiveerd waardoor de aanmaak van collagene- en elastine vezels wordt gestimuleerd. De massage werkt celvernieuwend, de huid gaat er jonger en steviger uit zien. Vooral bij oudere mensen heeft deze massage een gunstige invloed.
