Gezichtsgymnastiek oefeningen

 

In deze huidige tijd zijn wij veel bezig met de juiste gezichtsverzorging en de behandelingen maar ook voeding, wat daarbij komt om huidveroudering te bestrijden en wat ook nog eens kosteloos is.  Gezichtsyoga is een vorm van gezichtsgymnastiek dat voor natuurlijke vermindering van rimpels zorgt ook verslapping van onze huid wordt minder.

Uw huid ziet er gezonder uit doordat de spieren worden aangespannen en er contractie veroorzaakt wordt, welke zorgt  dat de doorbloeding verbeterd wordt en de collagene vezels worden gestimuleerd. Dit zorgt er weer voor dat de rimpels van nature worden opgevuld en de huid wordt verstevigd.

Er zijn verschillende oefeningen voor verschillende zones. Ons voorhoofd heeft vaak horizontale rimpels maar ook is er de frons rimpel daar komt de oogzone bij kijken waar er

Facial-gymnastics-to-face-the-test-of-timelachrimpels zijn maar ook overhangende oogleden.

Veel mensen hebben ook last van verslapte wangen of de neuslippenplooi. Dit zijn allemaal ideale zones om te gaan trainen.

Met gezichtsgymnastiek  kunnen allerlei soorten rimpels worden aangepakt en in de video zal ik er meer over uitleggen en het demonstreren.

Onthoud wel dat dit een goede manier is om aan het bestrijden van rimpels te werken en tegen huidverslapping maar het is niet na één keer weg. Probeer het in eerst instantie elke dag te doen en meerdere keren per handeling!

  1. Ik ben begonnen met de oefeningen van de video om de rimpels in het voorhoofden neusrimpel te verzachten. En nog enkele andere oefeningen. Tot mijn verbazing lijken de rimpels juist sterker te worden. Ook voel ik mijn voorhoofd ’trekken’ en voelt het steeds warm aan. Is dit een reactie of doe ik iets niet goed.
    Ik gebruik kokosolie om de huid zacht te houden.
