Donkere kringen onder de ogen verminderen

Tips tegen het ontstaan van donkere kringen rond de ogen zonder make-up te hoeven gebruiken?

Donkere kringen onder de ogen kunnen zeker verminderd worden. Ik ga u uitleggen wat de  verschillende oorzaken van donkere kringen zijn en wat u eraan kunt doen.

Oorzaken kunnen onder andere zijn:


Nierproblemen
Storing in de nier- en bijnieren veroorzaakt een blauwe schijn onder de ogen. Het kan zijn dat u te weinig drinkt. Het is hierbij belangrijk dat u 1,5 liter tot 2 liter water per dag tot u neemt. Het kan ook zijn dat er een erfelijke ziekte aan de nieren ter grondslag ligt, bijvoorbeeld de ziekte van Adisson.

Wanneer je “tijdelijk” veel vervuiling binnen krijgt door bijvoorbeeld ongezonde voeding kan een milde ontgiftingskuur helpen de nieren te stimuleren.

 

Gebrek aan Vitamines:

Vooral vitamine K, B6 en B12 spelen een belangrijke rol bij het ontstaan van donkere kringen. Yoghurt en soja olie bevatten veel vitamine K. U kunt ook vitamine K druppels kopen bij de drogist.
B6 bevindt zich vooral in groenten, aardappelen, bananen, volkoren producten, melk, eieren, noten, vis en vlees.
Vitamine B12 tekort veroorzaak bloedarmoede. Door de bleke huid die er optreedt komen donkere kringen meer naar voren.
In plantaardige producten zult u geen vitamine B12 vinden. Wel in bijvoorbeeld zeewier, vlees, eieren en vis. Vitamine B12 wordt als niet giftig beschouwd. Toch wordt aangeraden niet meer dan 200 mg per dag te gebruiken.

 

Ijzer tekort
IJzertekort kan ook zorgen voor bloedarmoede. Vele ijzer krijgt u binnen door het nuttigen van appelstroop, spinazie, bloemkool, banaan, vis, tomaten en citrusvruchten. Ijzer wordt beter opgenomen wanneer u 1000 mg vitamine C per dag inneemt.

 

Roken
Roken verslechterd de doorbloeding waardoor de circulatie rond de ogen afneemt. Twee Circuvene per dag (voedingssupplement) bevorderd de bloedsomloop. Circuvene wordt ook gebruikt bij wintervoeten en vochtwallen.

 

Koffie
Ook koffie werkt negatief op de doorbloeding. Drink daarom zo min mogelijk koffie op een dag. Kies liever voor een reinigende brandnetelthee. Wanneer u toch graag koffie wilt blijven drinken, neem dan een glas water na iedere kop koffie die u drinkt.

 

 

 

Zout
Zout neemt vocht in het lichaam op wat zorgt dat  de bloedvaten slechter circuleren met als gevolg blauwe kringen onder de ogen.

 

Vermoeidheid, stress en slaaptekort
Wanneer we vermoeid zijn, stress of slaap tekort hebben is de circulatie van de bloedsomloop verstoord. Bloed hoopt zich als het ware op onder de ogen, waardoor een donkere kring ontstaat. Ook is de rest van het gelaat bleker waardoor de donkere kringen nog meer opvallen.

Ontspanning en rust is een must. De donkere kringen zullen dan slechts tijdelijk zijn. Circuvene is een voedingssuplement welke de doorstroming van de bloedvaten verbeterd en dus u sneller van de donkere kringen afhelpt.

 

 

 

Storing in de eiwitvertering
Er zijn gevallen dat eiwitten niet goed verteerd worden in het lichaam. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld komen door een tekort aan vitamine B6 en foliumzuur. Vitamine B6 zit vooral in vis schapenvlees eieren, peulvruchten volkoren granen en varkensvlees. Foliumzuur vind u onder andere in sojabonen, linzen, ananas, aardbeien, kiwi’s, sinaasappelen,, spruitjes, kool en erwten.


Dunne en verouderde huid
De huid onder de ogen is nu eenmaal dunner als op andere plaatsen in het gelaat. Bloedvaten worden bij een dunnere huid sneller zichtbaar dan bij een dikkere huid. Wanneer de huid verouderd wordt deze ook dunner en kan minder goed circuleren. Dat wil zeggen minder goed doorstromen. Speciale eyepads welke drainerend werken stimuleren deze circulatie en laten de donkere kringen snel verminderen. Ook is bewezen dat rode lichttherapie donkere kringen onder de ogen verminderd. Deze therapie is tegenwoordig zelfs verkrijgbaar voor thuisgebruik en verstevigd de huid en bevorderd de circulatie.

Lichttherapie
Onderzoek bewijst dat rood en infrarood licht donkere kringen onder de ogen verminderd doordat deze de circulatie op gang brengt. Handige apparatuur voor thuis zorgt ervoor dat u deze zo vaak als u wilt kunt toepassen.

Oogproducten
Oogproducten versterken de huid en stimuleren de circulatie rondom de ogen. Gebruik niet meer dan een erwt en breng het oogproduct niet op het bewegende ooglid maar alleen waar u nog bot voelt.
