Droge huid? Video met tips voor thuis!

Iedereen heeft wel eens last van een droge huid. De huid is schilferig, jeukt soms en kan wat roder worden.

Een droge huid is een huid die tekort heeft aan natuurlijke vetten. Dit kan komen door invloeden van buiten af zoals kou, droogte, water en zeep gebruik. Maar het kan ook komen omdat de talgklieren minder vet aanmaken. Vaak zie je dat de huid met de jaren die verstrijken steeds minder vet aanmaakt, waardoor de huid steeds droger wordt.
U kunt een droge huid voorkomen of verbeteren door niet te wassen met warm of heet water maar met lauw water. Was ook niet te vaak uw huid. Gebruik geen zeep of alleen water maar een voedende reinigingemulsie. Deze reinigingemulsie moet afgestemd zijn op de zone welke gereinigd wordt. Dus gebruik geen lichaamsproducten op het gelaat en andersom.

 

Gebruik een goede crème die de natuurlijke vetlaag herteld passend op uw huidtype. De crème mag niet irriterend zijn of allergieën veroorzaken. Kies daarom voor een niet geparfumeerde crème zonder of met zo min mogelijk conserveermiddelen zodat de huid niet nog meer uit balans gebracht wordt.
Gebruik geen vaseline houdende crèmes welke een minerale olieverslaving aan de huid kunnen geven. U zult steeds meer willen smeren en dit werkt dus averechts.
Breng de crèmes ’s ochtends en ’s avonds aan na de reiniging.

Uw handen kunt u beschermen door een afgestemde crème en handschoenen te dragen tegen de kou.  Gebruik bij het afwassen of schoonmaken schoonmaakhandschoenen. Zet een bakje water op de verwarming om de vochtbalans in huis omhoog te brengen en kleed u warmer zodat u de temperatuur in huis omlaag kan zetten.
